    Well, we've finally made some progress on this blog site! Slow and steady.... It's not quite done yet (will it ever be?!) but we think it's shaping up rather nicely.

    So, what's new: we're actually going to use our Facebook page!! Visit it here and feel free to say hi or become a fan or both!

FUN IN THE SUN! | connecticut child photographer

Isabella is the beautiful daughter of my cousin Matt and his lovely wife, Diane.  We were fortunate enough to have a gorgeous mid fall afternoon with plenty of sun and smiles.   I had a great time photographing Isabella and then it was back to the house for some dinner, new parent story swapping, and playtime with the kids.  Emily was thrilled to have a playmate – and one that came with presents!!  Matt & Diane, Emily loves her coloring markers and the stackable buckets are still holding steady at number one on the favorite bath toys chart.  Looking forward to another playdate – and showing you more images – very soon!!

PHAMILY PHOTO TIME! | fairfield county family portrait photography

Meet Alice and Emma (and mom and dad too)!  Emma had those great big beautiful Irish eyes that made it tough to put the camera down. And look at those cheeks!  The sunlight danced all around the lovely Alice’s fair hair as she ran and played on the playground with some new found friends. All in all, not a bad way to kick off a spectacular fall weekend.  Looking forward to seeing you soon!

SMILES ALL AROUND! | ct child photographer

Meet Jack!  He is just one of those kids that you immediately like.  He was good natured, smart, polite and just really fun to work with.  I think my favorite part of the session was listening to he and his mom recite some rhymes – and then Jack would twist up the words or numbers to make his own version.  Who doesn’t like a three year old with a sense of humor?!!

Jack I can tell you are going to be a great older brother.  Take good care of your mom.  A Deborah, I hope you are doing well and I’m looking forward to showing you more images very soon!!

Marissa and Alicia are two very unique sisters that have something in common besides the fact that they are both stunning and wonderful to work with.  They both have brilliant smiles (Dr. Cass strikes again)!  The whole family came out for this session and I had a great time with all of them.  Marissa and Alicia, I hope you enjoy your images!  Looking forward to showing you more soon…

SUNSHINE! | fairfield ct child portrait photographer

Meet the lovely Brynn!  I knew this was going to be a great session because 1) the sun actually came out for a little while!! and 2) within two minutes, working with Brynn was like playing with my own daughter.  She was just full of energy and personality and fun.  There is nothing more adorable than an articulate, intelligent two year old who refers to herself in the third person!  Mom and dad were great too, not afraid to roll up their sleeves and play peek-a-boo in the middle of the park to help out with some smiles.  Looking forward to seeing you all soon and showing you more of Brynn’s amazing images!
